Honey, Mustard and
Olimágina Salad Dressing
- 3 tbsp Olimágina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp light runny honey (Greek honey is lovely)
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 sprig of rosemary leaves, chopped fine
- Zest and juice of 1 whole lemon
- 2 pinches of salt to taste
- 1 pinch black pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients together until well emulsified.
