Honey, Mustard and
Olimágina Salad Dressing


  • 3 tbsp Olimágina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp light runny honey (Greek honey is lovely)
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 sprig of rosemary leaves, chopped fine
  • Zest and juice of 1 whole lemon
  • 2 pinches of salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste


Whisk all ingredients together until well emulsified.
